Refund policy
At ClipperLux, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Due to the personal nature of our grooming products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or hygiene reasons.
Defective Products:
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt. All suspected defective items must be returned to our designated facility for a comprehensive physical inspection.
Inspection Process:
Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the device. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or provide a complimentary replacement. If the product is found to be in working order or damaged due to misuse, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for initial return shipping costs. If a defect is confirmed, ClipperLux will reimburse standard shipping costs as part of the refund process.
